1. Information We Collect

Playloop does not require users to create an account to use the App.

The App does not use advertising or analytics services.

We do not intentionally collect personal information from children through the App.

The App may process limited information necessary to provide its functionality, including:

• A name or nickname entered for personalization
• Game progress and local preferences
• Google Play purchase status and purchase-related identifiers necessary to determine whether the full game has been purchased

The handling of each type of information is explained below.

2. Name or Nickname

The App allows the user to optionally enter a first name or nickname so the birthday game can be personalized.

For example, the entered name may:

• Appear inside the game
• Be used as collectible letters during gameplay
• Appear in birthday messages or celebrations within the game

The entered name is stored locally on the device.

Playloop does not transmit the entered name to its servers, database, analytics services, advertising services, or other remote systems.

Because the name is stored only on the device, it may need to be entered again if the App is reinstalled, App data is cleared, or the user moves to another device.

Users may also choose to play without entering a name.

We recommend using only a first name or nickname and not entering sensitive personal information.

3. Local Game Data

The App may store information locally on the device to support gameplay and remember preferences.

This may include:

• The entered name or nickname
• Game settings
• Game progress
• Whether certain local game states have been completed

This information is used only to operate the App and personalize the game experience.

Local App data may be removed by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.

4. Purchases and Google Play Billing

The App offers an optional one-time purchase to unlock the full version of the game.

Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.

Google may collect and process information related to your Google account, payment method, transaction, device, and purchase according to Google's own privacy policies and terms.

Playloop does not receive or store your full payment card number, CVV, or other complete payment credentials.

The App may process purchase-related information provided by Google Play, such as:

• Product or purchase identifiers
• Purchase status
• Purchase token or transaction-related identifiers
• Whether the full game is currently owned

This information is used only as necessary to process, verify, acknowledge, and restore access to the purchased full game.

If the App is installed on another compatible device using the appropriate Google Play account, Google Play purchase information may be used to restore access to the full game.

The personalized name itself is not restored from Playloop servers and may need to be entered again.

5. Advertising

The App does not display third-party advertisements.

The App does not use advertising SDKs for behavioral or personalized advertising.

6. Analytics and Tracking

The App does not use third-party analytics services to track user behavior.

We do not use the App to create advertising profiles or track users across other apps or websites.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is designed for children, including children approximately 6 to 12 years old.

The App may be downloaded, configured, previewed, or purchased by a parent, guardian, relative, or other adult before being provided to a child.

We have designed the App to minimize the collection of information from children.

In particular:

• No account is required
• The personalized name remains on the device
• The App does not contain advertising
• The App does not use analytics services
• The App does not include public chat or social features
• The App does not intentionally collect location information
• The App does not ask children for an email address, phone number, home address, or other contact information

If you believe personal information from a child has been transmitted to Playloop through the App unexpectedly, please contact us at hello@playloop.co.

8. Information Sharing

Playloop does not sell personal information.

Information may be processed by service providers only where necessary to operate features of the App.

For example, Google Play processes information related to App distribution and purchases.

We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, or services.

9. Data Retention

Information stored locally by the App remains on the device until it is deleted, App data is cleared, or the App is uninstalled, subject to the device's own backup and storage behavior.

Purchase-related information may be retained or made available by Google according to Google's own retention practices.

If Playloop processes limited purchase verification information through its systems, we retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Verify ownership of the full game
• Maintain purchase entitlement
• Prevent fraud or abuse
• Resolve purchase or support issues
• Comply with legal obligations

10. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through the App and our systems.

Where information is transmitted between the App, Google Play, or Playloop systems, appropriate security measures such as encrypted network connections are used where applicable.

However, no electronic system, device, storage method, or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Permissions

The App does not request device permissions unless they are necessary for App functionality.

If additional permissions are added in the future, this Privacy Policy may be updated to explain how they are used.

12. Third-Party Services

The App relies on Google Play for services including App distribution and in-app purchases.

Google's handling of information is governed by Google's own privacy policies and terms.

Playloop is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services outside our control.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal information processed about you, including the right to request:

• Access to personal information
• Correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion of personal information
• Restriction of certain processing
• A copy of certain information
• Withdrawal of consent where applicable

Because the personalized name is stored only on the device, Playloop cannot retrieve, access, correct, or delete that locally stored name on your behalf.

You can remove locally stored App information by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.

14. International Users

The App may be available to users in multiple countries.

Where Playloop or its service providers process information, that information may be processed in countries with different data protection laws from the user's country of residence.

Where required, we take reasonable steps to handle information in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App, our data practices, or applicable requirements change.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

We encourage users and parents or guardians to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
